Brian Noyes is the president of Software Insight Consulting Services (formerly known as DomeWorks Software). He has over 12 years of software engineering, development, design, and project management experience. Brian is a Microsoft Certified Solution Developer (MCSD) with extensive skills in Microsoft .NET and Windows platform development. Brian has developed for over 12 years with a variety of programming languages, including C++, C#, Java, VB, XML, and scripting languages. He is a prolific writer, experienced trainer and mentor, and hands on designer and developer with technologies ranging from n-tier distributed component-based development, client-server applications, and stand-alone application development.

Brian has had deep and broad experience in a mix of industries and projects, including aerospace and intelligence applications for DOD, e-Government Web applications for federal agencies, and standalone applications for commercial industry.
