Hi Brian,

Thanks for the demos.
One concept I have been trying hard to understand is binding of combobox controls to their parent object's Foreign Key(s).

For example: if I have a patientBindingSource and that has a FK for Gender, how does one hook up the genderBindingSource (used by a comboBox) so that changes in the selected gender are picked up by the patientBindingSource, and can subsequently be saved?

Hi John,
You hook up the BindingSources independently and the ComboBox just does the right thing. See this post for a walkthrough:
