TechEd Sessions Done - WIN306, SOA305, SOA308-TLC

Finished up my last three sessions yesterday with the subject sessions.

WIN306 was a talk on Prism with Glenn Block. You can get the code from the codeplex site. We will be releasing by the end of June.

SOA305 was on hosting and communications of Workflows. You can get the code here.

The final one SOA308-TLC was a TLC session on Building Workflow Services. You can get the code here.

Another year down, looking forward to TechEd next year in Los Angeles and hoping I will have about half the sessions and can have a little more fun and less stress next year. :)

Hi Brian, did they record your presentations? And if so, do you know if the talks will be available for streaming online?

Hi Brian. I stumbled onto your blog while researching WPF ViewModel/View/DataModel for a new small project. I had the pleasure of getting your opinion a few times while you consulted with Gregg and Paul in the Chantilly area. I was the guy who talked home theater stuff with you a couple of times. Paul warned me that the VM/V/DM breaks down pretty quickly. I've read the John Grossman and Dan Crevier stuff but I'm a bit concerned on how old the material is. My new project is going to be fairly "read/only" in that its going to listen to UDP network traffic that makes up the Distributed Interactive Simulations (DIS) and display (in smart ways) the relationships between simulated entities and the RF emissions they produce.

I see that Prism has been renamed to CAG for WPF. It looks interesting but perhaps overkill for my small in house project with 1 (me) developer.

Cheers,

John
