Keeping life interesting

We started the year by buying a new house, having the sale of our old one fall through on the day of closing, getting it sold again, and then moving. Luckily it was the shortest move of my life:

Just to keep things interesting, the timing of the move overlapped an Advanced .NET Master Class I was teaching to a local customer, so I had to leave my 9 month pregnant wife to supervise the movers on moving the furniture and then come home after 10 hour days of teaching to move the remaining stuff that I could get on my own.

We are now almost completely settled in after only a week, just in time since we have a baby due this week!

Never a dull moment. Good luck with everything.

I'll be in your shoes (well... not your shoes literally... ahh...you know what I mean) in about another 6-7 weeks. My wife has me painting rooms (which I hate), moving furniture and all around getting "prepared" task execution for that magical day. (2nd time around)

Doesn't she know that she's taking my time away from Team System! What is she thinking?!?! (I hope she doesn't find that comment in a google search, 'cause I'd be in BIG trouble; but I'm a risk taker) :)
